At Kitchen Edit, we want your order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read below for details on our shipping process.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.
Delivery Timeline
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
- Metro cities: 3-5 business days
- Non-metro/other locations: 5-7 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier delays, weather conditions, or local disruptions beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
We currently offer free shipping on all orders across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on eligible orders. Some locations or high-value orders may have COD restrictions — this will be clearly indicated at checkout if applicable.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also check your order status by contacting us at leeladher.2005@gmail.com.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team at leeladher.2005@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll investigate immediately.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it before dispatch.

Currently, we only ship within India.
